All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on certain products or on orders above a specific value, which will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time for most orders is:

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or ID to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's website.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delays or lost shipments, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out via the Contact Us page on Shopllet.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. Contact us through our Contact Us page immediately with photos or proof, and we will assist you with a resolution.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Shopllet ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
